Character Overlay Tool

Basic character overlay python script. Requires Python, Pyaudio, and OPENCV. 

pip install pyaudio

pip install opencv-python

Instructions: Extract it into a folder, then run the script in python to see if it works, if it works it should show a tab of Angel Dust from hazbin hotel. Find/Make 2 character images, make sure they're pngs. then remove the 2 images and then rename them blank_expression and talking_expression. (Easy way to make it on your streams is OBS studio, add a scene called gameplay with character overlay, and then add game capture/display capture, run the python script, and choose window capture on the same scene, then click on the character option and then you have it on screen) [if you can delay the audio of your stream it would make it better and sync up more]
